Jack Cochran

JACK COCHRAN, age 50, of Joppa, died at his residence on November 4, 2002. Born in Street, he was the son of Ellen Romaine Arnold Plummer of Joppa, and the late Eugene Isom Cochran. He worked as a dry wall finisher.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Cochran is survived by two daughters, Ginger Stec of Bel Air; Jackie Emerson of Salisbury, North Carolina; two brothers, Dwayne F. Cochran of Chalfont, Pennsylvania; Joseph M. Cochran of Sparta, North Carolina; two sisters, Debbie B. Foley of Belcamp; Joyce A. Popp of Joppa; and five grandchildren.
