Iva Irene Matteson

Iva Irene Matteson, age 69, of Street, MD, passed away on January 23, 2014 at her home. Born in Rome, NY, she was the daughter of the late Floyd Edgar and Pearl Nora Snyder Porter. She had worked at Aberdeen Proving Ground as a Calibration Assistant, was a former member of Grandview Christian Church, loved to babysit her grandchildren and liked to travel and read.

Mrs. Matteson is survived by her husband of 51 years, William C. Matteson; son, Bradley C. Matteson of Street; daughter, Jennifer D. DeVillasee of Pikesville; brother, Raymond Porter of New York and Milton Porter of Verona, NY; sisters, Martha Weiss of Randallstown, Mary Porter of Utica, NY and Sarah Reese of Choctaw, OK; and grandchildren, Michelle, Guy and Zola.
