Iryl D. Grafton

Iryl D. Grafton, age 83, of Bel Air, MD, died on July 21, 2009 at her home. Born in Comers Rock, VA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Copeland. She was the owner/operator of the Twin Kiss in Bel Air, MD, as well as, Hamburger Junction with Jim Gentile in Parkville, MD. She had also worked for Harford County Public Schools at Bel Air High School and Middle School and in various retail stores in Bel Air. A member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary Post 39 and Deer Creek United Methodist Church in Forest Hill, MD, she was also an avid shuffle board player.

Mrs. Grafton is survived by her husband, Kenneth Redfern Grafton of Bel Air, MD; daughter, Pamela R. Sturgill of Havre de Grace, MD; brother, James R. Copeland of Darlington, MD; granddaughter, Angela M. Sturgill and one great granddaughter, Ariana.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a son, J. Kevin Shields.
