Iris Yvonne Campbell

IRIS YVONNE CAMPBELL, age 43, of Edgewood, Maryland died at her residence on May 25, 2005. Born in Rantoul, Illinois, she was the daughter of Vance Leon Steward, Sr. of Muncie, Indiana and the late Athalia Yvonne Anderson Steward. She had been currently working as a core secretary at the U.S. Army Test Center, Department of Defense. She was a graduate of Muncie Central High School in Muncie, Indiana. She was an avid reader and devoted to her dog, “Buster”. She was a loving mother and wife. She had served her country in the U.S. Army.

In addition to her father, Mrs. Campbell is survived by her husband of 13 years, James Michael Campbell; two sons, Tucker Alexander Campbell of Edgewood, MD and Royal William Joiner, III of Stone Mountain, Georgia; two brothers, Vance Steward, Jr. of Champaign, Illinois and William Steward of Colorado Springs, Colorado.


Services and interment are to be held out of state.
