Ina Ruth Barker

INA RUTH BARKER, age 90, of Bel Air, MD, died on April 13, 2007, at Bel Air Health and Rehabilitation, Bel Air, MD. Born in Helton, NC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur David and Margaret Heath Testerman and wife, of 68 years, to the late Ovid Lester Barker. She was a member of Baptist View Church, Forest Hill, MD.

Mrs Barker is survived by a daughter, Karen L. Fouse and her husband, Edward L. Fouse Sr. of Bel Air, MD; a daughter-in-law, Josephine F. Barker of Bel Air, MD; six grandchildren, Edward L. Fouse Jr. and his wife Karen A. Fouse of Bel Air, MD, Michael D. Fouse and his wife, Wendy R. Fouse of Havre de Grace, MD, Janet C. Fouse and her husband, David C. Mullins of Conowingo, MD, Sharon A. Barker of Bel Air, MD, Willard D. Barker Jr. of Silver Spring, MD, and Donna J. Bader, and her husband Brian Bader of Bel Air, MD; and five great-grandchildren, Brittany Fouse and Andrew Fouse, both of Havre de Grace, MD, Megan Garcia of Bel Air, MD, Emma Bader and Gavin Bader, both of Bel Air, MD.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Willard Dale Barker.

Pallbearers were Edward L. Fouse Jr., Michael D. Fouse, Willard D. Barker Jr., Doyle Jones, Bill Quisenberry and John Ruger. Honorary pallbearer was Andrew Fouse.
