Ina Fay Mills

On April 9, 2013, at Harford Memorial Hospital, Ina Fay Rhodes Mills, 86, went home peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior after a lengthy illness. A lifelong resident of Harford County, she was born on September 21, 1926 near Bel Air, MD, the daughter of the late Thomas Edgar Rhodes and Nannie L. Wood Rhodes. She was married for 59 years to the late Loma G. Mills.

Ina was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She worked in retail, retiring from Epstein's Department Stores after 18 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren were the light of her life.

Ina is survived by her daughter, Diane Billings, of Abingdon, MD and her son and daughter-in- law, Steven and Joann Mills, of Delta, PA, grandchildren, Karen and Ron Sherman, Lesley and Geoff Hack all of Abingdon, Jason and Amanda Mills of Whiteford, and Ashley Mills of Delta; great-grandchildren, Joshua and Aaron Hack, Ronald, James and Jordan Sherman all of Abingdon, and Chloe, Ryan, Logan and Aiden Mills of Whiteford. She also leaves behind many, many nieces and nephews and wonderful friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Ina was predeceased by her sister, Ora Black and her brothers, Lawrence and Wiley Rhodes.
