Imogene "Jean" Mullins, age 80, of Bel Air, MD passed away on March 22, 2017 at her home. Born in Cowen, WV, she was the daughter of Ray and Dora (Jarvis) Hinkle and was the wife of the late Randle Ervin Mullins. She attended Glenville State College and was a teacher in a one room schoolhouse for Webster County Public Schools before marrying and moving to MD. She was a longtime resident of Dundalk where she attended Eastern Assembly of God. She was a devout and active Christian who served as the children's church director, seamstress for choir robes and plays, and was active in other areas of the church as well. She became the Chairman of the Ways and Means Committee for the Battle Monument School raising money to better the school. She moved to Bel Air in 1998 to be closer to her family and there, she attended Bel Air Church of the Nazarene. She will be remembered most as a devoted mother and grandmother. She dedicated her life to caring for her special needs son and making his life the best it could be.
Mrs. Mullins is survived by her son, Randle Ray Mullins of Bel Air; daughter, Lou Ann Williams of Forest Hill; son in law, Bob Williams; and grandchildren, Samantha Williams Kaplan and Kelsey Williams.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Ernie Hinkle and Dick Hinkle.
