Il Chul Witt, age 81, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on August 28, 2022 at her home. Born in South Korea, she was the daughter of the late Kyong Kun No (father) and Kyon I Yi (mother), and wife of the late Paul Witt.
Il Chul was a long time Maryland resident who loved to garden and spend time with her family and her church.
She is survived by her siblings Jinny Vega, Tae Kyun No, Hong Kyun No, Sun Ok No, and Sun Hee No, as well as many nieces and nephews who love and will miss her.
