Ida Ruth Claycomb

IDA RUTH CLAYCOMB, age 90, of Abingdon, Maryland, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on June 30, 2006. Born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Clinton and Stella Maude Boyer Hutchison and the wife of the late Richard Clarence Claycomb. A homemaker, she enjoyed reading, crocheting, and gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mrs. Claycomb is survived by a son, Barry R. Claycomb, Sr. of Youngstown, OH; a daughter, Sylvia D. Podolak of Abingdon, MD; a brother, Wallace Hutchison of Johnstown, PA; six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Clinton R. Claycomb.
