Ida May Houston

Ida May Houston, age 96, of Bel Air, MD passed away on January 16, 2017 at the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. Born in Fallston, MD, she was the daughter of Kinsey A. and Agnes L. (Coe) Standiford and was the wife of the late Robert E. Houston. She was a member of Fallston United Methodist Church and in the past was active with their women's group. She liked to play cards, especially pitch & rummy, and work word puzzles. She enjoyed spending time with her family and also liked traveling to Ocean City with friends.

Mrs. Houston is survived by two daughters, Anna Justice of Bel Air and Patricia H. Testerman of The Villages, FL; three grandsons, Brian Testerman of Oak Island, NC, Matthew T. Nelson of White Marsh and Joseph Testerman of Severna Park; two granddaughters, Kristin Boyd of West Grove Township, PA and Jennifer Nishihara of Honolulu, HI; and five great-grandchildren, Jackie Testerman, Krissy Testerman, Brooke Testerman, Wesley Boyd and Cora Boyd.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sister, Frances Jones and brother, Harvey Standiford.
