Hubert Caudill Meadows

HUBERT C. MEADOWS, age 76, of Abingdon, MD died on August 11, 2007 at VA Health Care System, Perry Point, MD. Born in Elgood, WV, he was the son of the late Hubert and Delta Clarice Cox Meadows. He retired from Bethlehem Steel after working there for over 30 years. An Army veteran, he served our country for three years during the Korean conflict.

Mr. Meadows is survived by a son, Calvin E. Meadows of Bastian, VA; a daughter, Brenda S. Meadows of Abingdon, MD; a brother, Bruce C. Meadows of Mason, OH; a sister, Helen E. Purcell of Beverly Hills, FL; and five grandchildren, Daniel R. Meadows of Abingdon, MD, Dakota Meadows of Martinsburg, WV, Jason Meadows, Jeremy Meadows, and Brittany Meadows, all of Bastian, VA. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Shelia G. Meadows and a brother, Hollie W. Meadows.
