Howard W. Plumer
November 17, 1932 — November 26, 2019
Howard W. Plumer, age 87, of Bel Air, MD passed away on November 26, 2019 at his home. Born in Fullerton, Maryland, he was the son of Henry and Ruth (Milchling) Plumer and husband of the late Marguerite Amelia (Fangmann) Plumer. He was a veteran of the U.S.Army. He enjoyed blue grass music and loved to play his banjo. He enjoyed traveling to the mountains, model trains, and the WWII era.
Howard is survived by three sons, Kenneth H. (Sandra) Plummer of Darlington, Ronald W. (Diane) Plummer of Airville, PA, and Joseph H. Plummer of Bel Air; three granddaughters, Mary Feree of East Berlin, PA, Sarah and Julie Plummer of Airville, PA.
