Howard "Frank" McMillan Jr.

Howard "Frank" McMillan Jr., age 79, of Jarrettsville, Maryland passed away on October 24, 2023, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Sparta, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Howard and Reba (Bryan) McMillan. Frank worked as a Senior Lineman for BG&E for over 30 years before retiring.  He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed working on his house and being in the outdoors. Frank loved his family, especially his grandchildren and was active all of his life.  
   
Howard is survived by his son, Lawrence James (Chenoa) McMillan, sisters, Lois V. Birchen, Tamara Lee, and Shirley Tittle, brother, James L. McMillan, grandchildren, Phillip McMillan, and Saniyah McMillan. 

In addition to his parents Howard was preceded in death by brother Louis McMillan, and sisters, Ina Jean Buchanan and Vetra Shaw.
