Howard Eugene Hinkle

HOWARD EUGENE HINKLE, age 67, of Bel Air, died in Johns Hopkins Hospital on December 30, 2002. Born in Kingsport, Tennessee, he was the son of the late James Hinkle and Virginia Frances Johnson Herndon. He was a maintenance engineer for the Nottingham Properties, Inc. of Baltimore. He was a member of Fallston VFW. He served his country in the U.S. Army from 1954-56.

Mr. Hinkle is survived by his wife of 44 years, Donna Genevieve Helmick Hinkle; one son, G. Allen Wishon and his wife, Paula H. Wishon of Easton, Pennsylvania; one daughter, Kimberly Hinkle Hooper and her husband, Gregory S. Hooper of Bel Air; one sister, Pauline Lypscomb of Baltimore; five grandchildren, Brandon Hooper of Bel Air; Brent Hooper of Bel Air; Casey Lynn Wishon of Easton, Pennsylvania; Kimberly Warnick of Pennsylvania; and Kristy Thompson of Bel Air.
