Herman Leroy Creswell

HERMAN LEROY CRESWELL, age 75, a resident of Harford County for 65 years before moving to Orange City, Florida, died in Florida Hospital Fish Memorial on August 17, 2004. Born in Baldwin; he was the son of the late Herman Rosco and Martha Kerr Creswell. He had worked at Bata Shoe Co. for 20 years, at Grumman Co. in Glen Arm for 12 years, at Koppers Box factory in Glen Arm for 15 years, and finally at Lockhead Martin for 7 years and retiring in 1991. He was a past member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Joppa where he was active in the Luther League. He was involved with Boy Scout Troop 458 at Mt. Christian Church where he served as Cub Master, Scoutmaster for 20 years. He then served as a district commissioner.

Mr. Creswell is survived by his wife of 55 years, Charlotte McClary Creswell; one son, Roger Creswell and his wife, Danita Hinckle Creswell of Ft. Pierce, Florida; two granddaughters, Leala Creswell and Alonnah Creswell both of Ft. Pierce, Florida.
