HENRY M. DRUPIESKI, age 86, of Bel Air, MD, died on December 5, 2006 at his home. Born in Wilmington, DE, he was the son of the late Anthony and Stella Drupieski. He graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, with a degree in chemical engineering. After serving in the U.S. Army as an airplane mechanic in WWII, he worked at APG, Edgewood Arsenal, which included production and maintenance engineering and weapons development and engineering. He resided in Bel Air for 53 years and faithfully attended St. Margaret Roman Catholic Church. He enjoyed golf, traveling, playing bridge and square dancing and was a volunteer for the AARP tax counseling program.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Elizabeth D. Drupieski of Bel Air, MD; one son, Thomas F. Drupieski and his wife Jane; one daughter, Mary E. Carroll, M.D., of Glen Arm, MD; and four grandsons, Christopher and Brian Drupieski of Bel Air, MD, and Joseph and Mark Dragon of Glen Arm, MD.
Pallbearers will be Christopher Drupieski, Brian Drupieski, Michael Kulesza, George Callahan, Gene Dempsey, and Michael Dragon.
