HENRY J. SIMMS, III, age 27, of Perryville, died at Harford Memorial Hospital on July 20, 2004. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Henry Julius Simms, Jr. of Port Deposit and Theresa Lee Osborne Simms of Perryville.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Simms is survived by his grandmother, Anna L. Osborne of Conowingo.
