Henry Harrison Austraw Jr.

Henry Harrison Austraw Jr., age 68, of Joppa, MD, died on December 26, 2008 at home in the comfort of his wife and family. Born in Houston, TX, he was the son of the late Henry Harrison Austraw Sr. and Minetta Heiger Simpson. He retired after 20 years from the U.S. Postal Service in Baltimore County. A member of the Sons of the American Revolution and St. Stephens Catholic Church, he enjoyed U.S. History, family genealogy and all types of trains.

Mr. Austraw is survived by his wife of 46 years, Anita M. Vigoda Austraw of Joppa, MD; sons, Henry H. Austraw III of Joppa, MD, John C. Austraw of Ellicott City, MD, Jeffrey S. Austraw of Salem, MA, and Eric T. Austraw of Elkridge, MD; daughter, Renee J. Austraw of Joppa, MD; daughters-in law, Melody L. Austraw of Ellicott City, MD and Jennifer L. Austraw of Elkridge, MD; and five grandchildren, John C. Austraw Jr. of Ellicott City, MD, Alec P. Austraw and Jordan B. Austraw of Salem, MA, and Ethan T. Austraw and Elliott J. Austraw of Elkridge, MD.
