Henry F. Tutchton, age 95 and a half, passed away on July 27, 2021 at his home in Reisterstown. Born in Essex, Maryland, he was the son of James and Beatrice (Daniels) Tutchton and husband of the late Anastatia (Helinski) Tutchton.
Henry graduated from Calvert Hall College in Baltimore and went directly into the US Air Force where he served as an aerial photographer during World War II and the Korean Conflict. He retired in the 1980's from Martin-Marietta where he worked as a photographer/printer after 35 years of service. He then worked for H&R Block in Baltimore & Harford County as a tax preparer and office manager for 30 years.
When he was not working, he enjoyed long walks on the trails around Bel Air, spoiling his grandchildren, sneaking treats to family cats and dogs, and helping out family and friends with any type of project. He was always on the go and eager to lend a hand.
Henry is survived by his daughter, Henrietta (Jo) Taylor and husband, Bill; grandchildren, Daniel Taylor, Marikate Taylor and her husband Matthew Maughan, Shannon Taylor Campola, her husband Chris Campola and great grand-daughter Charlie Campola, as well as one brother, Joseph Tutchton; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Bill Taylor, IV, brother, Jim Tutchton, and sisters, Iva Tutchton Ikena and Betty Tutchton Weisman.
