Helen Maxine Mccombs

HELEN MAXINE McCOMBS, age 83, of Joppa, MD, died on July 29, 2008 at her home. Born in Highpoint, NC, she was the daughter of the late Olin Belvin Levina Sr. and Violet Wordel Kerr Levina and wife, for 40 years, of the late Woodrow Richard McCombs. A Harford County resident since 1977, she loved country music and making crafts. She enjoyed going to the ocean and was a loving grandmother.

Mrs. McCombs is survived by a son, Don O. McCombs of Forest Hill, MD; two daughters, Brenda A. Conner of Joppa, MD and Barbara Krause of Forest Hill, MD; a brother, Olin Belvin Levina Jr. of Highpoint, NC; sister-in-law, Anne Levina of Highpoint, NC; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, James Woodrow McCombs.
