Helen M. Lockard

Helen M. Lockard, age 89, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on July 30, 2022, at Lorien Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Born in Wyetheville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late George and Greathel (Osborne) Combs and wife of 43 years to the late James Carroll Lockard Sr. Helen was 1 of 11 children. She was a supervisor for the Welcome Wagon for the state of MD for 15 years and also the sales manager for Getting to Know You. She was the previous owner of Money Mailer of Harford County and even had her own employment agency called Helen Seymour Personnel Service. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and scrap booking.     

Helen is survived by her children, Linda Osborne, Randy Lockard and James Carroll Lockard Jr.; stepdaughters, Lucinda McDonagh and Patricia Duni; 14 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, Helen was preceded in death by her children, Brenda Roozen, Vanessa Osborne, Lisa Herring, and Charles Lockard.
