Helen J. Atwell

HELEN ATWELL, age 70, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, died at her home on October 16, 2003. Born in Burkes Garden, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Anna Marie Burress. She had lived in Harford County in the Emmorton area for about 28 years and in Cecil County for four years. She lived in Kentucky for seven years. She had worked at Bata Shoe Company for 34 years.

Mrs. Atwell is survived by her husband of 53 years, Claude Atwell; three sons, Robert Atwell of Radcliff, Kentucky; Daniel Atwell of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; Roger Atwell of Port Deposit; two brothers, Johnny Louthan; Billy Louthan, both of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; one grandchild; two step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
