Helen Gross Robinson

Helen Gross Robinson, age 98, of Bel Air, MD, formerly of Jarrettsville, passed away on November 10, 2012 at Lorien-Bel Air. Born in Fawn Grove, PA, she was the daughter of the late Dr. Andrew James Gross and Carrie Jeanette Neal Gross and wife of the late Donald Frances Robinson Sr. She retired from Harford County Public Schools after 27 years where she was a school teacher. She was a member of Jarrettsville United Methodist Church, Harford County Retired School Personnel Association, Jarrettsville United Methodist Women, Jarrettsville Book Lover's Club, Jarrettsville Rug Hookers, Harford County Historical Society, Tau Chapter of The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, Harford County Teacher's Hall of Fame, was a Charter Member of Jarrettsville Lioness Club and was a Harford County Living Treasure.

Mrs. Robinson is survived by her sons, James N. Robinson and wife, Rosemary, of Laurel, MD and Donald F. Robinson Jr. and wife, Brenda, of Jarrettsville, MD; daughter, Carolyn R. Lang and husband, William, of Bel Air, MD; seven grandchildren, Dawn Hamm, Kerry Bosworth, Sara Robinson, Diana Lang, James Robinson, Kimberly Williams and Lisa Greer; and 12 great-grandchildren.
