Harvey E. Keyes, Jr.

HARVEY E. KEYES, JR., age 59, of Abingdon, died in Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on August 30, 2003. Born in Street, he was the son of the late Harvey Edward, Sr. and Viola Grace Goheen Keyes. He had worked for the Harford County Highway Department for over 29 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, crabbing, and gardening. As a hobby he made woodcraft lawn ornaments.

Mr. Keyes is survived by his wife of 30 years, Mary Sue Richardson Keyes; one son, Dale Keyes of Aberdeen; one daughter, Darla Druyor of Aberdeen; two brothers, Clair Keyes of Forest Hill; Robert Keyes of Forest Hill; one sister, Kathryn Darnell of Forest Hill; two grandchildren, Christen Druyor and Devin Druyor, both of Aberdeen. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand nieces and one grand nephew. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one brother, Richard Keyes, one sister, Louise Wyatt, and one niece, Tina Keyes.
