HARRY RUDOLPH FRITSCHE, age 97, of Clearwater, Florida, died at the Morton Plant Rehabilitation Center in Belleair, Florida on May 23, 2005. Born in Helena, Montana, he was the son of the late George Rudolph and Bessie Hall Fritsche. He had retired after 30 years of service with the U.S. Government as a civil engineer. He was a member of Bethel Presbyterian Church, White Hall. He was a member of the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite in Baltimore, Beausant Commandery No 8 KT in Baltimore, Tuscan R.A. Chapter #42 in Towson, the Concordia Council No 1 R.& S.M. in Glen Burnie, the Boumi Temple in White Marsh, the Ambassadors in Timonium, and East Gate Lodge #355 F.&A.M. in Clearwater, Florida He served his country during WW II.
Mr. Fritsche is survived by his wife of 30 years, Elsie Jackson Fritsche; two sons, Robert R. Jackson of Hollywood, MD and William N. Jackson of Cincinnati, Ohio; one sister, Barbara Smith of Clearwater, Florida; five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his first wife, Clara Amrein Fritsche.
Pallbearers were: Robert R. Jackson, William N. Jackson, Harold Smith, William Poole, William Reister, and David R. Hudson.
