Harry H. Elder Jr.

Harry H. Elder Jr., age 91, of Forest Hill, MD, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2014 at Gilchrist Center in Towson, MD. Born in Columbus, OH, he was the son of the late Harry and Tyra Elder, and husband of the late Eloise Elder. Mr. Elder is survived by a daughter, Judy A. Borns, of Forest Hill, MD; four grandchildren, Tina, Lisa, Michael, and Christina; and by nine great-grandchildren, Luke, Lilly, and Henry Dippel; Austin, Shane, and Haley Borns; Zachary, Zoey, and Eloise Sayles.

He lived in Delaware, OH for most of his life, but came to Harford County, MD for the last 10 years to enjoy time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He worked as a train engineer from the age of 19 until he retired at the age of 65.
