Harold "Bruce" Halsell

Harold "Bruce" Halsell, age 80, of Whiteford, Maryland passed away on January 6, 2022 at his home. Born in Livingston, Tennessee, he was the son of Arron and Jewell (Deck) Halsell. Bruce worked at Bethlehem Steel for 30 years. He diligently built his family home while working overtime at Bethlehem Steel . After he retired, he opened a commercial cleaning business, which he and his wife operated for 24 years. He was always helping people when they were in need, was very generous and kind and would do just about anything for anyone. He was the best handyman the family knew, he would be there no matter what, and you could always count on him. He was a longtime member of Emory United Methodist. 

Harold is survived by his wife of 60 years, Beverly Halsell; son, Shawn Daniel Halsell and his wife, Lucy.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Bruce "Keith" Halsell, and mother and father-in-law, Gertrude and Carl Cook.
