Gwendolyn Joan Bryant Chilcote Narango, age 64, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on March 28, 2022, at home in Abingdon, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of William and Betty (Creek) Bryant and beloved wife of Richard Timothy Narango. She was a graduate of Bel Air High School and a former volunteer cub handler at Animal Adventures Live. Gwendolyn was also a former nuclear medicine technician at Franklin Square Hospital. She absolutely loved animals, especially her dog and five cats that were at home with her. Above all, she adored her daughter and grandson. He was her pride and joy, and she cherished any time she got to spend with him.
Gwendolyn is survived by her husband Richard Timothy Narango; daughter, Samantha Alison Chilcote; grandson, Easton Jase Byrne; brother, William (Patricia Ann) Cullen Bryant, Jr.; and sister, Bonnie (John) Jean Blevins. She also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and close friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Cullen Bryant, and mother, Betty Jean (Creek) Bryant.
