Guido Guarnaccia, Jr.

Guido Guarnaccia, Jr., age 54, of North East, Maryland passed away on February 7, 2023 at his home. A Maryland native, Mr. Guarnaccia was a dedicated pharmacist who served the community. He enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and boating. His hobbies also included cooking, home improvement projects, and woodworking. Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family.

Guido is survived by his beloved wife, Cynthia O’Connor and his precious son, Leo Guarnaccia; mother-in-law, Darlene O’Connor; brother Renato (Marie) Guarnaccia; nephews, Dominic Guarnaccia and Guido Guarnaccia, III; and so many others who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Ronald O’Connor; parents, Guido and Palma Guarnaccia; and brother Angelo Guarnaccia.
