Guelda Ann ''Penny'' Glen

Guelda Ann "Penny" Glen, 66, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on March 26, 2015 at her home. Born in Essequibo Coast, Guyana, South America, she is the daughter of Edwin Ignatius Glen of Guyana and the late Irene Mehitabel Cameron Glen. She worked in the health field as a Medical Technician. She helped found three churches and was a member of the Baltimore White Marsh Seventh Day Adventist Church where she was a Sabbath School Superintendent, leader of prayer band and a medical missionary. She loved God and gave to the poor. Her children and family meant everything to her.

In addition to her father, Ms. Glen is survived by her son, Claude Samuel Massiah of Brooklyn, NY; daughters, Collette A. Williams of Brooklyn, NY, Juneann Irene Massiah of Miami, FL, N'Gina Adiola Massiah of Edgewood, Karen Silas of Brooklyn, NY and Andrea Bonalde of Abingdon; siblings, Winston Glen, Cosmos Glen, Verna Cameron and Grace Glen all of Guyana; sixteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
