Grace M. Phipps

GRACE M. PHIPPS, age 90, of Darlington died at her home on January 21, 2004. Born in Manor Township, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Christian A. and Elma Nookumer Miller Karr. She enjoyed working in the yard and cleaning her house.

Mrs. Phipps is survived by two sons, Gene LeRoy Phipps of Bel Air; Joseph Christian Phipps of Winston Salem, North Carolina; one daughter, Grace Marie Olinger of Darlington; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one son, Wesley Glen Phipps.


Pallbearers will be: Jeff Phipps, Glen Olinger, Steve Olinger, Justin Cross, Timothy Olinger, and Nathan Olinger. Honorary pallbearers will be: Dennis Phipps, Teresa Cross, Shirley Baity, and Kim Ryan.
