Grace Diane Johnson

Grace Diane Johnson, age 59, of Abingdon, MD passed away on June 21, 2012 at her home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she was the daughter of the late Theodore Roosevelt and Flossie Elaine Brown Jones. She worked for the U.S. Postal Service where she was an administrative assistant. She enjoyed music, dancing and getting made up. She was a loving mother who battled lung cancer for years.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, George G. Johnson; son, Andre' Johnson of Fallston, MD; daughters, Keisha Johnson of Abingdon, MD and Aleisha Johnson of Aberdeen, MD; brothers, Ted and Bernard Jones; sisters, Estelle Jones, Hazel Greene, Bessie Douglas, Carolyn Jones and Gail Jones Peaker; and four grandchildren, Jeremiah Johnson, Caiden Johnson, Curtis Xavier Johnson and Abrianna Johnson-Mann; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Anthony Johnson and sister, Glenola Thompson.

Pallbearers will be Andre' Johnson, Aaron Mann, Jason Manguino, Jimmy Ballard, George Johnson and Michael Ellis.
