Gloria Gail Vanmatre

Gloria Gail VanMatre, age 69, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on February 7, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore City, Maryland, she was the daughter of Morris Faircloth Sr. and Mildred (Freeman) Faircloth. She was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked as a licensed practical nurse. She enjoyed knitting, crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Gloria is survived by her daughters, Angelique Brooks, Megan Dean and Sarah VanMatre; son, John VanMatre; brother, Morris Faircloth, Jr.; sister, Marcella Maxwell; 13 grandchildren Justin Brooks, Kayla Wright, Chloe Brooks, Julian VanMatre, Savannah VanMatre, Aaron VanMatre-Nearhood, Blake Dean, Lucas Dean, Harmony Madu, Malachi Madu, Brandon Rosa, Angelique Madu and Morris Madu; 2 great grandchildren, Kingston Wright and William Wright
