Gloria A. Battaglia

Gloria A. Battaglia, 81, of Chesapeake, VA and formerly of Bel Air, passed away Friday, February 14, 2014. Gloria was predeceased by her husband, Charles A. Battaglia. She retired from J.C. Penney, where she was top salesperson for the eastern region for many years. She was a long-standing member of the Great Bridge Women's Club and volunteered faithfully at Chesapeake General Hospital gift shop. Most of all, Gloria will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Debbie Jones and husband Doug; grandsons, Ryan Jones and wife Margie, Sean Jones and wife Karla; a granddaughter, Lauren Delk and husband Randy; great-grandchildren, Hailey, Gabriel, Katie and Caroline.
