Glenn F. Swann

Glenn F. Swann, age 64, of Edgewood, MD, passed away on February 3, 2014 at his home. Born in Grasonville, MD, he was the son of the late Edmund Davis Swann and Agnes Louise Thomas Swann. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he served our country during the Korean War. He was employed at Schmidt Baking Company in Baltimore for 20 years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and his dog Toby and working on his 1955 Chevy.

Mr. Swann is survived by his wife, Shirley Jean Swann; daughters, Katherine Busick and husband, Don, of Aberdeen, Tammy Lewis and husband Lester (Tony) of Essex and Sheila Smith of Florida; brothers, Dickie Avery and wife, Barbara, of Florida, Louis Swann of Florida, Palmer (Bunky) Swann of Grasonville; sister, Eloise (Sis) King and husband, Lee, of Grasonville; and grandchildren, Deana Busick, Dominick Lewis, Ashley Lewis and four grandchildren out of state. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by grandchild, Brian Swann and brother, Gene Avery.
