Gladys ''Sue'' Holston Page

April 26, 1927 — June 1, 2016

Gladys "Sue" Holston Page a resident of Baldwin, MD died at the age of 89 on June 1, 2016 at Hart Heritage Estates in Street, MD. Born in Speedwell, VA, she was one of 17 children. Her parents were William Patrick Whalen and Lelia E. (Arney) Whalen and she was the wife of the late Lee V. Page. She was a current member of Grandview Christian Church and in her earlier years, she was a member of Bel Air United Methodist Church where she was actively involved in many ministries. Her faith and her service to the church were very important to her and she also served communion to shut ins. She liked gardening, reading, writing and cooking, and was a very open, warm and caring person to everyone she encountered.

Survivors include her sons Carl Holston (Jeanette) and Dennis Holston; her brothers Richard, John and J.R. Whalen; her sister Eula Fielder; her grandchildren Robert Tabor (Laurie), Benjamin, Rachel, Rebecca and Amanda Holston; and her great-grandchildren Brady and Madeleine Tabor. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her infant daughter Linda Holston.
