Gilda J. Lomas

Gilda J. Lomas, age 95, of Bel Air, Maryland, passed away peacefully on December 18, 2024, at Sterling Care Bel Air. 

Born in Brooklyn, New York, she was the beloved daughter of the late Gildo Pivetta and Josephine Orlandi and the devoted wife of the late George Ralph Lomas. 

Gilda had a passion for sewing and found joy in creating beautiful pieces throughout her life. She cherished exploring local flea markets and gift shops, where she delighted in discovering unique treasures. 

She is lovingly survived by her sons, Paul (Valerie) Carlini, Joseph Carlini, Robert Carlini, George Lomas, and Mark (Rhonda) Prosetti; her daughter, Diane Prosetti; her sister, Sylvia Frascilla; and seven cherished grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents and husband, Gilda was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Kasey Carlini.
