Gilbert "Gil" Leroy Reisler, age 66, of Fallston, Maryland passed away on December 24, 2021 at his home. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of Margaret Eleanor (Swanner) Reisler and the late Gilbert Leroy Reisler Sr. Gil worked as a toll facilities police officer for the Maryland Department of Transportation. It was there that his electronic career started. He then went to Baltimore County Electronic Services, followed by BGE (Constellation Energy) for 25 years and then returned to Baltimore County Electronic Services where he was still employed for a total of 20 years. Gil also worked part timefor 18 years at Whitemarsh TV sales and services. He liked music and played bass guitar and was a member of St. Marks Catholic Church in Fallston where he played bass guitar for their contemporary services. He enjoyed camping, boating, his model trains, and sports. His family time was important to him.
Gil is survived by his wife of 45 years, Elizabeth Rose (Lotz) Reisler; three sons, Gregory J. Reisler (Lauren DeMarco), Mark D. Reisler (Lauren) and Kevin M. Reisler; daughter, Amanda J. Reisler; grandsons Jackson D. Reisler and Grayson L. Reisler; four brothers, William H. Reisler, Michael B. Reisler, Timothy A. Reisler, and John J. Reisler; and mother-in-law Mary Clare Lotz and father-in-law Gerard J. Lotz Sr.
