Gertrude I. Clark

Gertrude Irene Clark, age 94, of Bel Air, MD passed away on November 22, 2012, at Sunrise Assisted Living in Montgomery Village, MD. Born in Wilkes Barre, PA, she was the daughter of the late Roman and Bronislawa Pawlowski Shivy and wife of the late Frank James Clark Sr. She owned Clark's Court Square Stationery in Bel Air with her husband, Frank, and later worked for Baltimore County as an administrative clerk. A parishioner at St. Margaret Catholic Church, she was a member of the Towson Iris Club, an avid gardener and a skilled seamstress.

Mrs. Clark is survived by her sons, Timothy Clark of Hayward, CA, William Clark and wife, Deborah, of Bel Air, MD, and Frank Clark, Jr. and wife, Kimi-Scott, of Cumberland, MD; daughters, Mary Martin of Bel Air, Katherine Gugulis and husband, Michael, of Gaithersburg, MD; son-in-law, John Kellogg of Indianola, IA; grandchildren, Julie Martin, Bob Martin, Jr., Kirsten Kellogg, Casey Kellogg, Corinne Kellogg-Seiser, Tim Clark Jr., Todd Clark, Emily Clark Coyne, Anne Clark McFadden, Caitlin Clark, Kerrigan Clark and Regan Clark; and great-grandchildren, Audrey and John Greene; Kaley, Riley and Ethan Martin; Rhett and Reese Svetgoff; Paige, Brock and Kenna Seiser; Anna, Grant, Ethan, Lucas and Isabelle Clark, Rocco DiPietro, Zachary Coyne and Cooper McFadden. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Ruth Kellogg; son-in-law, Robert Martin; brothers and sisters-in-law, Stephen and Sadie Shivy, Victor and Marguerite Shivy, Leo and Ann Theresa Shivy, Walter Shivy and Frank Shivy; sister and brother-in-law, Julia and Michael Johnson; and granddaughter, Teresa DiPietro.
