Geraldine Prvitt Thompson

GERALDINE PRUITT THOMPSON, age 67, of Bel Air, died at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center on July 21, 2003. Born in Alleghany County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Leonard Martin and Gladys Lillian Joines Pruitt and the wife of 40 years, whom she married on September 18, 1954, of the late Wayne Everard Thompson. She had worked as an editorial assistant at Aberdeen Proving Ground.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by three sons, William L. Thompson of Forest Hill, Jeffery W. Thompson of Bel Air and Patrick L. Thompson of Bel Air; four sisters and brothers, Dulane Pruitt of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Theta Johnson of Forest Hill, Thelma Hendrix of San Antonio, Texas and Leonard Pruitt of Elkton, Maryland; and eight grandchildren.
