Gerald Wayne Blevins

Gerald Wayne Blevins, age 86, of Bel Air, MD passed away on June 29, 2013 at Stancill's Haven Assisted Living in Joppa. Born in Mt. Airy, NC he was the son of the late Wiley Cicero and Mary Ruth Bare Blevins and husband of 49 years to the late Clarice Bernice Angel Blevins. A veteran of the U.S. Army, he was raised in Jarrettsville and resided in Harford County all of his life. He worked for A&P Grocery Store for 30 years in Bel Air and was a member of North Harford Baptist Church.

Mr. Blevins is survived by his daughters, Patricia Lynn Burkholder of Forest Hill, Robin Kay Vicari of Bel Air and Melissa Dawn Brooks of Darlington; brothers, Willard Blevins of Fallston, Winfred Blevins of Forest Hill, John Blevins of Darlington and Dale Blevins of Jarrettsville; sisters, Thelma Bauguess of Forest Hill; grandchildren, Kristalyn, Jonathan, Angelena, Katelyn and Samantha; and great grandchildren, Connor, Makenzie, Cooper and Levi. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by his sister, Rachel Wyatt.

Pallbearers were Donald Vacari, Michael Brooks, Jonathan Plume and Justin Coleman.
