GERALD JAMES KREINER, age 82, of Forest Hill, MD, died on November 20, 2006, at the Gilchrist Center, Towson, MD. He was born in Baltimore, MD, and was the son of the late Harry J. Kreiner and Anna Marie (Leonard) Kreiner. He worked for the Baltimore Gas & Electric Company for 35 years as a chauffeur and a splicer. After retirement, he drove a school bus for the Livezey Bus Company for 8 years. He served our country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and as a reservist. He loved crabbing and fishing at his summer home in Rock Hall. He dearly loved to bowl, and also enjoyed vegetable gardening, feeding the birds, and spending time with his friends, family and grandchildren. He was a member of the Emory United Methodist Church, in Street, MD.
Mr. Kreiner is survived by his wife of 53 years, Evelyn Marie (Livezey) Kreiner of Forest Hill, MD; one son, Gerald Michael Kreiner of Middle River, MD; one daughter, Kathleen M. Caswell, her husband, Robert J. Caswell, and his two grandchildren, Eric and Andrew Caswell of Fallston, MD; one brother, Donald J. Kreiner and his wife Bonita (Greer) Kreiner of Bel Air, MD.
Pallbearers will be Robert Livezey, Jr., Donald Boettcher, Dale Boettcher, and Dr. Bartholomew Kreiner, James Livezey Jr. and William Pelt. Honorary pallbearers will be Gerald’s beloved bowling team members, Gus Panos, Pete Panos Sr., Pete Panos Jr., Earl Schilling, John Dieter, Thomas Ensor, and Carl Sherinsky.
