GERALD DEAN WILSON, age 61, of Henderson, Kentucky, died in St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville, Indiana on October 29, 2004. Born in Churchville, MD, he was the son of Lenora Della Cannoy of Port Deposit and the late Willard A. Wilson. He worked as a wallpaper hanger. His family said he was the best contracted wallpaper hanger in the region he lived in, was well liked and well respected by his peers in the community, and was a good fishing partner. He was a very devout, kind Christian. He served his country in the U.S. Army during peacetime.

In addition to his mother, Mr. Wilson is survived by his wife, Malee Wilson; one son, Levi Wilson of Los Angeles, California; one daughter, Angela Harpster of Forest Hill; two brothers, Willard “Butch” Wilson of Port Deposit; Robert Wilson of Edgewood; three sisters, Kathy Cantrell of Blacksburg, Virginia; Ann Colman of Green Creek, New Jersey; Ruth Kitts of Aberdeen; one grandson, Mike Harpster, Jr. of Forest Hill.
