George Martin Albany Sr.

George Martin Albany Sr., age 75, of Belcamp, Maryland passed away on September 6, 2020 at Lorien Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace, Maryland. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Leonard and Marie (VanOsten) Albany. He was the President of Small Construction at Zurich Insurance, where he worked for over 30 years. George was a member of Saint Joan of Arc Parish in Aberdeen, Maryland. George was a fan of the Craps table, he also had racehorses for many years, and was one of the original PSL owners for the Baltimore Ravens and the team’s biggest fan. He enjoyed many summers with his nine grandchildren (Patrick, Anna, Tessa, Bella, Harper, Teagan, Kalah, Olivia, and Toni) in Rehoboth Beach, DE.

George is survived by his wife Carol Albany; daughters, Jennifer (Eric) Palm and Jessica (Leonard) Ottone; son, George (Lisa) Albany, Jr.; and brother, John Albany.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Leonard Albany, Jr.
