George Kenneth King, III, age 57, of Abingdon, Maryland passed away on October 11, 2021 at Gilchrist Hospice in Towson, Maryland. Born in Orange County, Florida, he was the son of George King Jr. and Charlotte (Wolf) King. George worked as a welder and loved camping, campfires and fishing. He enjoyed Rock N Roll music bands like Metallica, Soundgarden, Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin and NASCAR where his favorite driver was #3 Dale Earnhardt Sr. He had a great sense of humor, loved his family, his grandchildren adored him, and he loved family get togethers.
George is survived by his wife Gina Juras-King; sons, David Anthony King and George Andrew King; sisters, Susan Deloach, Cathy Bosak and Darlene Badders; brother, Robert Blickenstaff; grandchildren, Clayton James King, Serenity Nicole King, David Anthony King Jr. and Rayden Joseph King; in-laws, Stephen and Martha Juras; sister in law, Carole A. Gibson; brother in law, Timothy J. Juras; his beloved cats Anakin Skywalker, Luke Skywalker, Candace, Night Fury, and Cinder; many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his, brother, Charles Glenn Blickenstaff and brother-in-law, Richard Bosak.
