George Franklin Oliver

George Franklin Oliver, age 62, of Aberdeen, MD passed away on May 28, 2017 at his home. Born in Havre de Grace, MD, he was the son of Franklin LaPorte Oliver and Ruby Landora (Preston) Oliver. For most of his life, George was a banker in Baltimore City most recently at M&T Bank. He loved sailing, boating and being on the Bush River.

Mr. Oliver is survived by his wife of 26 years, Mary T. Oliver; son, Sean T. Oliver of Boston, MA; daughter, Kirsten B. Oliver-Woolfrey of San Diego, CA; and siblings, Robert Oliver of Perryman, John Oliver of California, Nancy Rogers of Havre de Grace, and Michael Clodfelter of South Carolina.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Martz.
