George Charles Robinson

George Charles Robinson, age 81, of Churchville, Maryland passed away on December 19, 2019 at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Born in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of George Thomas Robinson and Bernadette M. (Ford) Moyer and husband of 55 years to Frances E. (Rennie) Robinson. He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints. He retired from Bethlehem Steele after 38 years, along with being an official Shop Steward at the Steele Workers Union. He worked 10 years at the Harford County Board of Education. He was a foster parent for 22 years. A volunteer fireman at Cowenton volunteer Fire company, and an EMT driver. He always said his favorite memories were spending time with his family. He enjoyed hunting with his son, and going to his beach house with both family and friends to the Outer Banks North Carolina.

In addition to his wife, George is survived by his son, Charles (Betty) Eric Robinson; daughter, Cindy (Matthew) Lynn Francis; adopted daughter, Rebecca Rennie Booker; foster son, Robert (Kathryn) Becoat; grandchildren, Brandie (Brad) Meyer, Taylor Robinson, Charles Garrett Robinson, Blake A. Francis, Lexi K. Francis, Kelvin Booker, Tyra Booker; two great-granddaughters, Savannah and Emma Jane Meyer; and Roberts daughter, Miley Becoat.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Robinson; step father, Mr. Moyer; and step sister, Louise A. Moyer.
