George "Bill" Runyon, 73, of Forest Hill, MD passed away on January 6, 2016 at his home. Born in Baltimore, MD he was the son of the late Willie Runyon and Mildred Irene (Evans) Runyon. He was a hardcore Marine and a member of the Harford County Detachment Marine Corp League and the American Legion Post #130 in Perry Hall. He liked his motorcycle, liked to fish with his buddy to try to catch that proverbial salmon, loved being with his kids and grandkids and with many travels he always ended up back home in West Virginia. He owned the American Oxygen Service of Baltimore, Inc.
Mr. Runyon is survived by his wife, Cynthia Anne Runyon; sons, Damon Scott Runyon (Kim) of Joppa, Mark Joseph Runyon (Theresa) of Needmore, PA; daughters, Bridgett Lynn Runyon-Akers (Keith Sr.) of Bel Air and Tanya Lorene Hudler (Allen) of Forest Hill; daughter-in-law, Kim Runyon; stepson, Michael Parr (Karen) of Rockford, IL; sisters, Janet M. Schultz, Marjorie Boyer and Mary Ziegler; brother-in-law, William Ulrich and wife, Laura; and stepmother, Patricia Runyon; grandchildren, Kevin, Ashley, Whitney, Tiffany, Olivia, Mark Jr., Rachel, Keith Jr., Nicholas, Sabrina, Mackenzie, Ava and Lily; and great-grandchildren, Aryanna, Kowen, Cheyenne, Brice, Liam, Riley and Blake. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his son, George William Runyon Jr.
