George A. Marll

George A. Marll, age 92, of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on January 23, 2023 at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air, Maryland. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of John and Margaret (Bergmann) Marll and husband of the late Ruth (Campbell) Marll. He was a veteran of the U.S. National Guard and a member of the American Legion in Bel Air. He worked for the Maryland Transportation Authority as an equipment and procurement officer for over 30 years. George was a Deacon, Eucharistic Minister and longtime member of St. Stephen Catholic Church. He was a car enthusiast and drag racer.

George is survived by his daughter, Barbara Ann Becker; sister, Alma Marll; grandson, Domonic Michael Carlson; granddaughter, Jessica Marie Becker; great-granddaughter, Ashleigh Rebakha Carlson; and great-grandson, Darian Anthony Hahn.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his great-grandson, Thomas Michael Carlson.
