Geneva Reed Stancill

Geneva Reed Stancill, 88, of Joppa, MD passed away on June 15, 2015 at her home. Born in Nathans Creek, NC, she was the daughter of the late Arnold Reed and Pressie Wagoner Jenkins. She had worked as a bookkeeper and enjoyed lunch dates with her friends. She loved Ballroom Dancing and in her younger years, would travel to dances 3-4 days a week. She also loved gardening and her dog, Sam.

Ms. Stancill is survived by her companion and caretaker, Larry A. Jones; brothers, John H. Reed of Bel Air and Thomas "Pete" Reed of Kingsville. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Barber.
